Client projects (CE-) and internal admin projects (APrjt-) — one cost tracker, two revenue models. Estimated Cost Breakdown approval, Goods Received, Expenses. Schema in src/db/schema/project-management.ts, eligibility and cost logic in src/lib/project-management.ts. Requisitions (PJ-) are raised here but live in the shared requisitions table, read by Procurement.

  Estimated Cost Breakdowns awaiting sign-off.

  A PO-level total charged to a project — no PO line selection.
• Expenses
  Labour, transport, and every other project cost.
