Goods Received

A PO-level total, not individual PO lines — a single PO can carry both Production and Project items, and Production records its own receiving separately. This charges a project's Direct Materials cost directly; there's no general "Inventory" bucket here. Log a partial delivery as its own row — multiple rows against the same PO and project are expected.
