Approval Center — Approver Assignments

Assign specific users — not roles — as the approvers for each approval type. Any one assigned approver can resolve a pending request on their own; nobody can resolve their own submitted request.

Separate from the role → action Permissions matrix — this assigns approval authority to individuals, not a role-wide grant. See Permissions for that.
