Presentation only. A listing references an existing Product and an existing Price ID — it never creates either. A Product without a listing is completely normal: it manufactures, gets received, gets serialised and holds Stock the same way, it just isn't presented on the web.
Delisting removes nothing — not the Product, its SKU, its BOM, or its Price ID.
