New Product Development
Specify a product and the Collection it belongs to. That is all this does — no price, no Price ID, no BOM, no catalogue listing. A new product is a prototype, sample, internal development or project-specific piece until someone separately decides otherwise, and it can be requisitioned and manufactured immediately either way.
MDF and HDF versions of the same item are separate products — they are separately manufactured and stocked, each with its own SKU, BOM and Price ID.
